Yes. We paddle only in flat-water conditions, use wide, stable boards, and keep groups small. A full on-shore lesson covers balance and safety. Confident swimmers aged 6 and up are welcome; anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
We aim to launch between 06:00 and 07:00 to catch the calmest sea and sunrise light. Total experience time is about two hours, covering roughly four kilometres of coastline and caves.
