Do you enjoy keeping things organized and helping everything run smoothly behind the scenes? We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Office/Admin team member who can handle daily tasks with confidence, clarity, and a positive attitude. From managing emails and bookings to supporting guests, coordinating schedules, and keeping our systems tidy, you’ll be an important part of keeping the camp running efficiently.

We’re looking for enthusiastic and capable Kite Instructors to join the Algarve Watersport team. This role suits instructors who enjoy being on the water, teaching riders of all levels, and helping students build confidence and progress safely. You should be comfortable running inflatable lessons with up to two kites, communicating clearly, and maintaining a fun, supportive, and professional learning environment.

Do you love being on the water and sharing the excitement of your sport with others? We’re looking for enthusiastic and patient Wingfoil and Windsurf Instructors who can teach safely, build confidence, and support progression for guests of all levels. This role is ideal for instructors who enjoy spending their days outdoors, communicating clearly, and creating a fun, supportive, and professional learning environment on the water.

Do you love being outdoors and creating an energetic, fun atmosphere? We’re looking for someone confident and attentive who can keep the wakepark running smoothly while bringing great vibes to every session. If you enjoy working in an active environment, helping guests feel comfortable on the water, and keeping operations safe, efficient, and upbeat, this role is for you!

Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced, fun environment where no two days are the same? We’re looking for an energetic F&B Allrounder who can move smoothly between the surf camp and wakepark, supporting everything from food prep and service to bar and general operations.

Do you take pride in creating clean, comfortable spaces that make people feel at home? We’re looking for a hardworking and detail-oriented Housekeeper who loves keeping things tidy, organised, and welcoming for our guests.

From preparing rooms to refreshing shared areas and supporting the overall daily flow of the camp, you’ll play a key role in maintaining a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere.

Do you enjoy keeping things running smoothly and jumping into practical tasks around the site? We’re looking for someone reliable and hands-on who can balance driving duties with general facility support. From helping with guest transfers and supply runs to maintaining outdoor areas and assisting with repairs, you’ll play a key role in keeping the camp looking great and operating efficiently.

Do you love creating delicious breakfasts and setting the perfect start to the day? We’re looking for someone energetic and organized who can lead the morning vibe with confidence, positivity, and great communication skills. If you enjoy crafting high-quality dishes, keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, and motivating both guests and staff with your upbeat attitude, this could be the role for you!
